Customer Support Specialist

Job description

  • Provide excellent customer service by making sure that our clients don’t have outstanding issues;
  • Understand our client needs, expectations and assist in order to achieve resolution;
  • Analyze documents submitted by corporate and private clients;
  • Proactively work with new clients from all over the world;
  • Constant communication with new clients (verbal and written).

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in fintech (advantage) or customer service;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
  • Higher education (advantage);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually;
  • Responsibility and ability to organize your activities productively;
  • We hope that You have a strong desire to learn and improve in the financial services sector.

  • 900-1200 EUR (netto monthly), which will depend on your qualifications, experience and requirements for the corresponding job function;
