Job description
- Provide excellent customer service by making sure that our clients don’t have outstanding issues;
- Understand our client needs, expectations and assist in order to achieve resolution;
- Analyze documents submitted by corporate and private clients;
- Proactively work with new clients from all over the world;
- Constant communication with new clients (verbal and written).
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in fintech (advantage) or customer service;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian;
- Higher education (advantage);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team as well as individually;
- Responsibility and ability to organize your activities productively;
- We hope that You have a strong desire to learn and improve in the financial services sector.

- 900-1200 EUR (netto monthly), which will depend on your qualifications, experience and requirements for the corresponding job function;
